The US Women's national soccer team won the first Confederation of North, Central and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) Gold Cup in San Diego, with Jaeden Shaw being awarded the "Golden Ball" as the best overall player and Alyssa Naeher being awarded the "Golden Glove" as best keeper.
